The requirement for energy is ever increasing in the past few years due to need innovation of clean and eco-friendly technologies. Symmetric asymmetric SQ-dyes have received attention great potential use as SQ-sensitizers application dye sensitized solar cells (DSSC).This review article gives a synopsis advancements on domain DSSC chance used enhance their overall conversion efficiency. Specifically, primary factors charge low values open-circuit voltage (Voc) short-circuit photocurrent (Jsc) fill factor (FF) are debated detail. Future orientations research expanded absorptions near-infrared region (NIR) by development organic substances applications suggested from personal point view. Copyright © 2018 VBRI Press.
